RABBIT’S DAILY STRETCHES FOR TIGHT BACKS

Part One – Low Back and Pelvis – download

For quite some time I’ve been wanting to put together some really great stretches to give to my patients. Considering how beneficial stretching can be it’s astounding what a dearth of decent information there is on them.

Over the last few weeks I have put together a guide to what I consider the most effective stretches for the low back and pelvis. It’s a distillation of 20 years of experience and a review of all the best stretch books I could find. I also had a bit of a brainwave about how to make it a little more interesting than the usual hairy-bloke-in-shorts or baggy-bird-in-pastel-leotard-with-tights.

Over the next couple of months I’ll put together Part Two – The mid and upper back and Part Three- the shoulders and neck. So watch out for these and feel free to download the PDF and print it out. You can also forward it to anyone you know with a bad back. I even have A5 versions a fridge magnets – if you want one of these just let me know and I’ll send you one.

Any questions, give me a call 07711 760 557

Best wishes,
Simon
